Ultra2 Variant Column

The Variant Column is designed for use with the Trinity Biotech ultra2 systems for the separation and quantitation of normal and variant hemoglobin species in blood. For in vitro diagnostic use only.

Hemoglobin Variants – Assessment of hemoglobin variants has proven useful in the identification of altered hemoglobin commonly associated with disorders called hemoglobinopathies. Columns are performance validated to assure accuracy and precision with the Primus assay and system for the screening for hemoglobin variants.
