DAPTTIN® TC 6x10 mlDapttin® TC (double-activated aPTT) is a standardized aPTT-(activated partial thromboplastin time) reagent consisting of kaolin and sulphatide as surface activators and a blend of highly purified phospholipids. Response to all factors and inhibitors is optimal. The Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT) assay is a universally accepted screening procedure used to detect abnormalities in the intrinsic coagulation System. Dapttin® TC can be used to detect deficiencies of Factors II, V, VIII, IX, X, XI, and XII. In addition, Dapttin® TC can be used to detect the Lupus anticoagulant and is recommended when monitoring heparin therapy since it is sensitive to the presence of heparin. |
