Pefakit PiCT Calibrator LMWHCalibrator plasmas to calculate LMWH anticoagulant activity in a blood sample based on clotting times determined with Pefakit PiCT (Prothrombinase induced Clotting Time, REF 505-01). Pefakit PiCT is a plasma based functional assay for the determination of anticoagulant activity based on FXa and/or FIIa inhibition. Anticoagulant activity of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in a blood sample can be read from a standard curve established with this kit. It contains plasmas with specified LMWH anticoagulant activities calibrated against WHO LMWH standard. |
