Pefakit PiCT Calibrator UFHCalibrator plasmas to calculate UFH anticoagulant activity in a blood sample based on clotting times determined with Pefakit PiCT (Prothrombinase induced Clotting Time, REF 505-01). Pefakit PiCT is a plasma based functional assay for the determination of anticoagulant activity based on FXa and/or FIIa inhibition. Anticoagulant activity of unfractionated heparin (UFH) in a blood sample can be read from a standard curve established with this kit. It contains plasmas with specified UFH anticoagulant activities calibrated against WHO UFH standard. |
