Pefakit® PiCT® Controls HirudinControl plasmas to confirm test results reliability of Pefakit® PiCT® (Prothrombinase induced Clotting Time, REF 505-01). Pefakit® PiCT® is a plasma-based functional assay for the determination of anticoagulant activity based on FXa and/or FIIa inhibition. Anticoagulant activity of Hirudin in a blood sample can be read from a standard curve estab-lished using Pefakit® PiCT® Calibrators Hirudin [REF 505-13], and is based on clotting times measured. This control kit contains plasmas with specified Hirudin concentrations. |
