Trinity Biotech plc is pleased to announce the introduction of the newest addition to the innovative line of haemostasis instrumentation, the DestinyPlus. Designed to accommodate a variety of applications across a broad range of laboratory testing, the DestinyPlus is suitable for any laboratory demanding high throughput in a cost-sensitive environment. With a mixed-mode throughput exceeding 95 PT/aPTT/Fibrinogen per hour and the capability to perform a full range of chromogenics, the DestinyPlus is well-suited for laboratories processing 30-280 patient files daily. The system employs the unique gold standard mechanical testing method developed by Amelung as well as state-of-the-art optical, chromogenic and immunoturbidimetric detection systems - all in one bench-top unit!

The DestinyPlus offers a unique reagent and sample management system:
• Unlimited anytime STAT availability and access
• Primary tube sampling from 3ml to Paediatric draw tubes
• Bar-coded capability for samples, sample racks, and reagent racks
• Absolute sample verification by liquid level sensing probe
• Reagent management by volumes and number of tests remaining
• Reagent expiration monitoring by label and on-board time
• Uninterrupted reagent refill and continuous sample loading.
