Technoclot DTI Kit

Technoclot® DTI is a Clotting Assay for quantitative determination of Direct Thrombin Inhibitors in plasma:
- Dabigatran in the range 0 – 500ng/mL
- Argatroban in the range 0-2µg/mL
- Hirudin in the range 0-5µg/mL and low range 0-1,5µg/mL

Technoclot® DTI is based on a modified Thrombin Time determination. The diluted sample is mixed with normal plasma and clotting is initiated by addition of a defined amount of thrombin reagent. The measured clotting times are proportional to inhibitor concentrations and can be directly read of calibrator specific calibration curves. The method can be run manually as well as adapted on coagulation analyzers.
