ReoRox G2Thromboelastography has been widely used to evaluate coagulation properties by analysers such as ROTEM or TEG. One known disadvantage with these motor driven oscillation technologies is that weak samples or samples with a high elasticity may not be correctly measured. ReoRox-G instead utilises the patented FOR technology that measure damping and frequency change from free oscillation. The method is extremely precise and more gentle to the sample, which makes the technology suitable also on weak coagulum's. ReoRox-G also reports viscosity and elasticity in SI units (mPa.s and Pa) making comparisons of results more reliable. |
